  • Entry is subject to security. Entry to every venue is subject to security checks, crowd management and the instructions of the police and competent authorities; even with a valid ticket or Gold Card, entry may be restricted on security grounds, and no refund or claim applies in such cases.
  • Redeem your voucher. The booking confirmation from TicketGenie is a redemption voucher, not a ticket. Exchange it for your physical ticket or Gold Card before the event, as instructed on the voucher.
  • Seat numbers. The Gold Card and the Procession ticket carry an enclosure and seat number; only those printed on them apply. The Torchlight Parade, its Rehearsal and the Drone Show are free seating inside the ticketed enclosure — arrive early for a good spot, and be at the gate before it closes.
