Smt. Ashwini Puneeth Rajkumar officially inaugurated the Yuva Dasara programme

By lighting the lamp , Smt Ashwini Puneeth Rajkumar, wife of Dr. Puneeth Rajkumar, inaugurated the Yuva Dasara ceremony, which is the main attraction and focal point of the World famous Mysuru Dasara Mahotsava. After the inauguration, Raghavendra Rajkumar said, “You were loving Appu then and you are worshiping him today so Appu is being seen in everyone” . MLA L. Nagendra said, as long as there are Kannada, Kannadigas, the sun and the moon our Appu will be immortal. He also mentioned about the Hon’ble President Droupadi Murmu initiating the Dasara celebrations and prayed for its success and as per the wish the Mysuru Dasara is going on successfully , he added . Appu had said Fans are God but today he is a God to his fans. After Actor Vashishtha Simha conveying that one has to follow the ideologies of appu he also started to entertain the fans by singing the song BOMBE HELUTHAITHE MATHE HELUTHAITHE NEENE RAJAKUMARA from the movie RAJAKUMARA and MARETHU HODENU from the movie DAYVITTU KSHAMISU and few dialogues from the movie TAGARU, Singer Anuradha Bhatt sang the song “Aaha Enta Akshana Nenedare Tallana” from Akash starring Dr. Puneeth Rajkumar and Ramya. Later, Gurukiran entertained the fans by singing Mylapurada Mylari from Mylari and Taliban Alla Alla….Bin Laden Alve Alla from Appu, Mama Maja Madu from Abhi and Amma Amma I Love You from Maurya. Gurukiran then spoke and shared his fond memories of Appu with the fans. He then said that Raghavendra Rajkumar was the sole reason for his friendship with Puneeth. After listening to this the whole crowd was mesmerized and started to chant APPU’s name. Raghavendra Rajkumar entertained the fans by singing the songs of Dr.Rajkumar starrer Kasturi Niwasa ” AADISI NODU BEELISI NODU URULI HOGADU ” for Puneeth Rajkumar and few songs from the movie Raajakumara Bhavana & Ibrahim’s team then entertained the crowd with the dance performance for the songs from the movie SARVABHOUMA along with DUM POWERE DUM POWERE from the movie POWER. after which YEDE TUMBHI HAADUVENU team gave the singing performance from the movie POWER & RAAJAKUMARA entertaining the audience. Appu Hawa in Yuva Sambhrama :- Before the inauguration of the programme, a troupe of dance artists from Mysuru paid homage to Dr. Puneeth Rajkumar by entertaining the audience by dancing to many films including Yuvarathnaa, Jackie, Power, Anna Bond. As Dr. Puneeth Rajkumar’s name and songs came, thousands of spectators danced and participated enthusiastically in the Yuva Sambhrama. After the song ended, the fans also participated in the Appu Namana programme by chanting Appu Appu on the field.
