Art Exhibition-2022 has been arranged from 26/9/2022 to 24/12/2022 for a total period of 90 days like every year in the premises of Doddakere Ground, Karnataka Art Exhibition Authority President Mirle Srinivasa Gowda said. Speaking at a press conference in his office today, he said that this time in the exhibition, ‘Sand Museum’ and ‘Yoga 3D Video Mapping’ are being made in memory of Puneeth Rajkumar. Moreover, on the occasion of Dussehra celebrations, various Dussehra programs will be inaugurated by the Chief Ministers and Ministers, the Ministers will inaugurate the ‘Kaveri Bahu Media Gallery’, he said. In front of the exhibition, a digital app can be downloaded on the mobile and the complete map and information of the exhibition will be communicated to the public. Arrangements will be made by Forest Department and Agriculture Department to distribute seedlings and agricultural implements at subsidized rates in the stores of the Exhibition Authority. Arrangements have been made to systematically distribute clean drinking water to the public visiting the exhibition by the authority. The exhibition premises have been declared as ‘Plastic Free Zone’ and an R/O plant has been installed to provide drinking water. Actions have been taken to maintain cleanliness in the exhibition premises. He said that a letter has been written to the concerned departments to install an information center, police sub-station, fire engine and first aid unit in the premises of the exhibition. On behalf of the Authority, State Government and Central Government Departments, Corporations, and Zilla Panchayat, Shops must participate in all kinds of activities ten days before the Dussehra celebration in order to publicize the programs, projects and achievements of the State Government to the people of the country. He informed that a letter has already been sent with the circular issued by the Chief Secretary seeking to open the shops for public viewing with necessary preparations and to make the exhibition a success. A and B block stores, C block stores are intended to open snack food outlets by the global tender contractor. During the 2022 Dussehra exhibition period, Karnataka Rural Development and Panchayat Raj department stores, Tourism Department, Kannada and Culture Department, News Department and special attractions will be the stores, he said. E-Procurement of main entrance fee collection, construction and allotment of commercial outlets and management of food stalls, amusement park, skytrack monorail, boat rides and advertising events (hoardings, poleds, center media only) and system management and fee collection rights shall be made. Tenders have been invited by the authority through the portal for a minimum tender amount of Rs.8,07,73,001. He said that the technical bid will be opened on 7/9/2022 and the financial bid on 9/9/2022 in the presence of tender review committee members and authority officials.
